I choose the Cat Eye style lights as they are flush mount. This will make it easy to walk by to the bow of the boat.


This picture shows a sample of the core with laminates. It's 3/8in thick core.


I didn't like the way the visor looked. I shifted the top back a little to far when I installed it.  So I fixed it by adding 3in to it. Very nice outcome.


Above and below are photos of the tools fabricated to get the desired radius. A piece of 2in PVC was cut on the tablesaw, and then self stick 36gt sandpaper was placed inside of it .


Below are several views of the hard top after the 3in section was added to the front as well as the radius that was formed with the tool shown above.


Here's a couple of shots of the roof spoiler. It serves 2 purposes. First, it will make the roof panel a little more stiff. Secondly, and most importantly, it was put it on there to stop that rogue wave that once in a while splashes up onto the windshield and top, from going into the cockpit and down the neck of your buddy that is standing under the drip line. Now it will shed the water to the side.
